RADNO assists companies and not-for-profit organisations to consider and evaluate growth opportunities.
RADNO staff can conduct a Business Growth project, using the following format:
RADNO can provide further tailored assistance for growth activities and planning for growth - please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Not-for-profit and corporate organisations that are in receipt of government funding to provide a specific service or change program are required to provide reports to government on the success and outcomes of the program. RADNO has undertaken a number of these service reviews and we have a unique program that evaluates the substance of the program rather than simply the supervision or organisational aspects: We like to work from the Intended Outcome backwards - what changes were intended? If the service or program operated at an optimal level what results should we being seeing? Is this an effective use of government funds? What is the likely next best option and how does this compare to the program that received funding? We are able to customise every service review and we include in this a perception study of the key decision makers - what is the general perception from the funding bodies and the recipients of the program?
RADNO Service Reviews and Program Evaluations commence at approx $17,500 per program - however, each review is customised to meet the requirements of the organisation in receipt of government funding and to meet the needs of the government funding body or philanthropic trust. Please talk to us about ensuring that you government funding includes the cost of the review and about scheduling the service review to collect data and information during the course of the program rather than waiting until the end of the funding period to measure success.
Our workshops for regional economic development groups, industry associations and local government provide market intelligence on effective investment attraction activities and importantly, provide specific skill development in investment location marketing:
Workshops are provided to local councils and development authorities at a cost of $350 per person - we take a maximum of 15 staff per session and a minimum of six staff members and we can include allied agency staff in these workshops.
This RADNO service is designed for small business and not-for-profit organisations. When the Board becomes aware that it is time for a complete restructure - they may feel the need to change the CEO/ Executive Director. This is a difficult exercise for part-time, non-executive directors. This is a time when the organisation often chooses to end the relationship with the existing CEO and recruit a new CEO. Significant disruption occurs and it can take some time to recover from the event. There are alternatives, and the RADNO CEO Service is a highly requested alternative. We have been engaged to plan & deliver the exit strategy for the current CEO, provide an acting CEO, analyse the effectiveness of the organisation and provide a report to the Board on a new structure, focus and reporting structures. Following this initial review and change period, we then locate, shortlist & help the board recruit and induct a new CEO that will have the skills and experience to take the newly structured body into the future. We have often been engaged to provide further mentoring to the new CEO/Executive Director. We remain with the organisation for an 8 to 12 week period. This is a good model for change and allows the recently engaged CEO to lead the organisation without the burden of making budget and staffing changes. Our acting CEO's are all highly experienced corporate executives.
Each time we have been engaged to provide this service we have been able to do so by utilising the existing CEO remuneration as the guide for the RADNO service fee. We are very proud of our record in this area - every organisation that has engaged RADNO during painful and difficult restructures are now stable and growing organisations.
RADNO has a record of providing brokering and facilitation services to clients. In particular, the group has experience in negotiating Memorandums of Understanding between potential business alliances. Organisations have engaged RADNO to conduct early phase discussions between potential partners, conduct workshops between potential partners and to develop the collaboration to take projects forward. We have been able to achieve success for our clients - this is a direct result of our philosophy of maintaining good faith with the key players and our commitment to consistent liaison and communication with our clients. RADNO has brokered agreements between disparate players and much of the success of these agreements is based on our record of integrity and our sophisticated approach to consultation and dialogue with the key players.
RADNO's Managing Partner has significant corporate experience in evaluating potential alliances, mergers and acquisitions for corporate entities. Craig works extensively with company executives and directors to ascertain the targets and the opportunities. He is a skilled an experienced negotiator and is authorised by our clients to commence discussions with other companies with a view to drafting and signing a Memorandum of Understanding that will allow the merger, alliance or acquisition to proceed. He will brief Boards, Legal Teams, Accounting and Finance Teams and provide guidance and direction to the client. Craig is often called upon by our clients to lead the negotiations and close the deal.
Relocating a large business is a complex process. In addition to the logistics of the move there are considerable issues for staff. Parking, public transport, local amenities and travel time will affect staff and may even lead to staff choosing not to remain with the company following the move to a new location. In addition to the logistics, there are issues about the physical layout of any new operation and consultation with staff can be the key to introducing workplace changes that result in better productivity and staff morale. Often this is a good opportunity to provide a different culture in the workplace - respect for new facilities, better staff facilities including change rooms and recreation for shift workers. All of which require a staff consultation process. RADNO has managed a number of these projects and our activities include:
RADNO has extensive experience in representation, negotiation and the facilitation of local, state & federal government programs, incentives and concessions. We have successfully assisted national and multinational companies in obtaining funding assistance and concessions from governments.
We have delivered inward investment to Australia from countries such as USA, UK, Germany, Italy and Asia and are highly regarded by key decision makers from many industry sectors including Automotive, Food, Transport & Logistics, Aviation and IT.

The level of interest in emotions in the workplace and emotional intelligence is growing as workplaces understand that much can be gained by providing the skills and tools to understand our own responses to conflict and adversity and by understanding how and why others react the way they do. Irrational thoughts and irrational behaviour can sabotage both individual careers and the organisation. When colleagues disengage or withdraw their assistance or support of others, the whole organisation is less than effective. This behaviour can dominate the organisation and lack of cooperation and respect can become the norm. Often the actual conflict is left unsaid or unresolved. Many people are drawn to the concept of emotional intelligence as a solution. Many organisations are introducing skill development to assist individuals to develop emotional responses that are intelligent and self aware: self management and self awareness are major components of our information and skill development services.
