We are an Australian based consulting company specialising in growth strategies, development and facilitation. We have a range of experienced consultants and significant experience working with diverse businesses industry groups, local, state & federal governments and private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
RADNO provides specialist services to many organisations as they plan their future growth and direction. We have undertaken a number of growth reviews, program delivery and service reviews for significant private and public organisations. These projects have also involved undertaking consultation with owners, boards, customers, sponsors, funding partners and professional staff.
RADNO team members have substantial experience in facilitating contentious debates and dealing with diverse issues and differing stakeholders.
We have our own defined values and philosophy here at RADNO, specifically addressing our contribution to the community. All RADNO staff members volunteer for community work or are members of not-for-profit Boards, including school councils, community services, sporting clubs, winter appeals and parenting centres. We have reduced rates for the not-for-profit sector, assisting organisations in their journey to make a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable in our community.

Craig is RADNO's Chairman. With an academic background in Economics, Marketing and Business Administration, Craig has extensive experience in mediating and facilitating commercial partnerships on behalf of investors and parent companies and specialises in facilitating discussions between stakeholders for new & growth ventures.
He is a well-regarded corporate speaker & brings strong commercial acumen together with senior management & non-executive board directorship and chair experience to our clients. Before joining RADNO, Craig held senior executive roles in strategy, marketing and corporate development with AGL and Solaris.
Craig, an experienced director, holds relationships with our international projects, has extensive experience in corporate acquisitions, mergers and alliances and has provided global representation and guidance for many well known companies.
Lesley is the Managing Partner of RADNO. With academic qualifications in Education, Economics and Public Relations, Lesley has specialised in public policy, company growth, & service delivery strategies for the last fifteen years. Previously, Lesley gained extensive business experience spending 4 years with a top 20 publicly-listed company and 10 years in executive roles with public organisations. Her specialist skills include conducting business planning workshops, consultation, and managing our Emotional Intelligence and team building programs.
Lesley is well regarded in the not-for-profit sector and manages most of RADNO projects for this sector. She has international training in governance and has delivered a range of governance improvements to corporate and not-for-profit clients.
Lesley is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has held a number of leadership positions including Chairperson of the Board of a well respected public organisation.
Matthew is a consultant at RADNO specialising in the areas of governance, government relations and law. Having completed training in Governance, Matthew manages RADNO's projects in the area of Board Reviews & Evaluations.
Matthew has an educational background majoring in Corporate & Contract law and provides RADNO clients with informed opinions regarding their legal obligations and responsibilities as representatives of their organisation. Matthew also undertakes substantial work drafting relevant legal documents for clients and writing submissions on behalf of RADNO's Industry Association partners.
In his personal life, Matthew devotes significant time to the betterment of the community through involvement in sport and youth activities. Matthew played a vital support role in the aftermath of the Victorian Black Saturday Bushfires, helping source and coordinate the distribution of supplies for survivors.
Barbara has academic qualifications in Sociology, Gender and Diversity Studies and Journalism. Barbara is also accredited to deliver the Mayer, Salovey and Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT) and has experience working with a number of our clients with this model of emotional intelligence. She and Lesley have spent the past two years researching emotional intelligence and developing a range of training programs built around their learnings. It's only fitting that Barbara manages RADNO's emotional intelligence programs!
Barbara also has extensive experience as a journalist, public relations practitioner and researcher. She has been a Bureau Chief for the Times on Sunday, an editor of an in-flight magazine and Manager of Publicity for ABC Radio.
A professional facilitator, Barbara ran her own public relations company for 10 years developing strategic public relations campaigns and managing media and community relations for a range of organisations including Telstra, the Royal Women's Hospital and the Country Fire Authority. She also has considerable skills in the area of stakeholder and government relations.
More recently she has undertaken a diverse range of research projects for a range of organisations including not-for-profits such as the Education Foundation and the Victorian Women's Trust.
Michael is an Associate at RADNO, responsible for project management, business development, government relations and operations of RADNO. Passionate about youth and education, Michael has engaged with all levels of government in forming policy surrounding these issues, and has assisted in the development of several government publications.
Experienced in volunteer management, Michael brings a wealth of experience to RADNO's clients who engage volunteers as part of their everyday programs and operations. Having formulated volunteer training packages in the past, Michael works to ensure that all volunteers grow and develop in their role.
In his personal life, Michael enjoys the performing arts and is regularly engaged in local independent music theatre performances. Michael also sits on the Board of Governance of a prominent mental health promotion organisation, and continues to be actively engaged as a volunteer in the youth sector.
Lara is a consultant at RADNO specialising in the area of training. Possesing a broad educational background, Lara has several qualifications including a Master of Arts, Bachelor of Science and certification in Training and Assessment.
Lara brings a wealth of experience to a broad range of RADNO clients, ranging from university to corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Her experience includes lecturing in philosophy, and training in areas of computing, marketing, business relationships, strategy and planning, customer service, diversity and conflict. Lara has also worked in marketing and public relations in the UK.
Currently, she is the Deputy Chair on a not-for-profit board and has been volunteering on boards and committee of managements since 2003. When outside the office, Lara is a team manager for three sports teams and has an interest in fitness and nutrition.
Mathew is a consultant at RADNO specialising in services and expert advice for the not for profit sector. Mathew has academic qualifications in Psychology and Sociology and a wealth of experience in the Child Protection, Child FIRST, Integrated Family Services and the Out of Home Care sector.
Mathew has knowledge and experience in navigating government programs and shaping public policy. His work with government departments, local councils and community organisations in developing programs for the community sector is highly valued by our clients. He also specialises in the development and management of community alliances and partnerships assisting organisations to reach agreements to work together to develop and deliver programs that make a clear difference to the lives of people in need.
Mathew also provides RADNO clients with services in project management, and the implementation of strategic plans and change management processes.
In addition to the key RADNO Partners and their teams, the RADNO group also includes expert consultants with specialist skills. Our group of RADNO consultants provide additional specialist expertise in: law, commerce, information technology systems, human resources and industrial relations, relocation advice & property search and organisational design & development experts. RADNO also includes an additional four workshop facilitators providing full and half day workshop facilitation to RADNO clients.
